Exchanges and returns

According to the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights» dated 19.03.1994 №, 172 buyers have the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the product did not satisfy it in terms of shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by it for its intended purpose.

The buyer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality within 14 calendar days, with the exception of the day of purchase, subject to compliance with all norms provided by the Law.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 № 172 «On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On the protection of consumer rights» specifies the list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return), namely

• perfumery and cosmetic products;
• gloves;
• goods in aerosol packaging;
• tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, files, etc.).

If a manufacturing defect is detected, the buyer has the right to return the product or replace it with a product of proper quality.
In this case, the seller pays the costs of transport.
